Troubleshooting and Repair. One such area that you might be thinking of getting into is troubleshooting and repair services for any and all tech that customers bring into your store. A functional knowledge of hardware, the issues that befall it, and how to fix them is a highly useful tool that is not particularly common, which is why this field can be so busy.

Cyber Security. Another area you might want to go into in IT is cyber security. The vast majority of people are not as safe online as they ought to be, which is why malware, viruses, and hackers can continue along in the way they do. By providing cyber security services, you can work to help protect your clients from any and all potential threats online, keeping their assets safe from cyber-attack.
